Leading a team of four full time creatives across a
number of sectors and specialisms, including Social
Marketing and Experiential. Responsible for traffic of
all projects, running creative sessions with clients,
pitching and presenting to board level clients, mentoring
and developing the team and encouraging media-neutral
thinking from all agency staff.

“big ideas” that tell our clients’ compelling stories
across Digital, Press, DM, PR and Design channels.
Part of the management team responsible for winning
and developing accounts, delivering against high
targets and training/mentoring staff against approved development plans.
Art buying, traffic, managing creative staff recruitment
and maintaining links with the creative community
(and advising Newcastle College on their Advertising
Course) were all component parts of the role.

with stunning results in DRTV, Viral, Outdoor, Inserts
and DM. Working as part of a creative team who
presented their own work to clients at all levels.
We formed part of the pitch team on every major effort
in my time as well as producing all self promotion items
for the agency.
